Katie R - I was very skeptical about these techniques working, but since not much else I tried was working, I figured what the heck, might as well try. First thing I've noticed is eating smaller portions and choosing water more often...this IS working! Can't wait to see what's next!
Sheila S - Some changes I've been noticing...still doing some fast foods BUT not ordering the meal - don't need the fries or pop now! Also we got chocolate today for customer service week, I ate it - then thought "I don't know why?"! Had a friend offer me hers and turned it down, which surprised me! I have been bringing an apple to work everyday! Down 5lbs at my doctor's appointment!! Yahooie!
